Kong Han Athletic Club is an institution that has with stood the test of time. Establish in 1937 by the great legendary hero Dr. Lo Yan Chiu, at a time when China was experiencing great social and political turmoil from the war with Japan in 1935 -1945 and the civil war between the Nationalist and the Communist that started in 1947.

In order to save the tradition and heritage of ngo cho kun which is being threatened with eradication by the communist cultural revolution extreme policies, ngo cho kun found a new home in many south east Asian countries.  In Manila Philippines thanks to Dr. Lo Yan Chiu of Kong Han Athletic Club and Master Tan Ka Hong of Beng Kiam Athletic Club ngo cho kun rich tradition and heritage was kept alive.

Sifu Lo King Hui (1947 – 1995) inherited Kong Han Athletic Club from his father the late Dr. Lo Yan Chiu,  under his leadership he successfully expanded ngo cho kun with the formation of the International South Shaolin Wuzuquan Union. At the same time resisted any attempt to convert and corrupt ngo cho kun into a contemporary form of martial art thus preserving the tradition and heritage of ngo cho kun.

At present Kong Han Athletic Club is on its third generation under the guidance and supervision of Headmaster Henry Lo son of the late Sifu Lo King Hui.

Kong Han Athletic Club is a non profit association products being sold online here all goes to support the mission of continuing serving the community through the preservation and propagation of ngo cho kun tradition, a tradition that has become a great part of Filipino-Chinese community that has integrated with the Philippine culture.
